I don't leave reviews very often but Absolute Awards went above and beyond to help me with a special RUSH order. My company was celebrating a special anniversary for the founder of our agency. We wanted to present him with a hand blown glass statue with an engraved plaque. I called late on a Tuesday afternoon (after another local company didn't come through at the last minute) and they not only got on the phone with multiple suppliers to locate my statue but worked their magic to have it overnighted the next day. Their work is amazing and they are hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Completely ruined my frame. I bought six matching frames several years ago for my children's wedding photos which are discontinued now. This was the last wedding frame to be engraved. I took one of the other frames with me to show them how it was to look. (they engraved the previous one) This last frame was not even engraved and didn't pierce the surface of the frame. It looks like a decal and you can't see the lettering unless you angle it sideways. I am so upset and disappointed!!! It just looks terrible! I will not return or trust them with my business again. I came in with an idea for a humorous award medal. I brought in an old medal of mine and they turned it into just what I wanted at a totally reasonable price and with a quick turn around time. They had several suggestions which made it better.
Thanks!!
