Waterside Resort is located on beautiful Hamlin Lake. Here you will find our clean and comfortable cottages and apartment for rent, featuring all the modern amenities. Waterside's 5 Lakeside cottages are right on the lake and South Bayou and are in close proximity to the private sandy beach and kid's play area.
Along with the waterside cottages we have 2 "pet friendly" cottages, each with a private fenced in yard for the pets. Prior approval from owner is required for "pet friendly" cottages. Both of these cottages have a grassy yard and play area for the kids. Waterside Resort can accommodate the larger groups too, our Lakeview Apartment has lodging for up to 10 guests.

The Waterside Store is just around the corner from The Lakeview Apartment. Here you will find a variety of items including sundries, hand-dipped ice cream, snack foods and beverages, and unleaded and pre-mix non-ethanol 90 octane gasoline. The Waterside Store also has fishing and hunting licenses, live and artificial bait, fishing tackle, pontoon, kayak and boat rental, along with slip rental, plus so much more.
Boat Rentals

A non-refundable damage waiver of 7% is added to all rentals. You must have a credit card and be at least 21 years old to rent a boat. Gas and Oil are Extra with all rentals. Waterside Resort and Boat Rental Offers Pontoon Boat Rentals, Dockside Gas (unleaded and pre-mix non ethenol 90 octane), and Fishing Boat Rentals.

From Crappie to Blue Gill, Bass, Pike, Catfish and Muskie, and the "best inland Walleye in Lake Michigan", Hamlin Lake offers the angler a multitude of challenges and opportunities. On the main lake the angler can choose the tackle and species they are after. Hamlin Lake can become rough when the winds pick up but no need to cancel your fishing plans.
