Placed an order with this company back in October. The shirt I received was two times too large, so sent it back for a replacement. After a month and multiple inquires, they finally acknowledged they had received the return. Have sent repeated emails and left voicemails to see when the replacement would be sent with NO RESPONSE. Customer Service is non-existent. So much for pre-planning for someone's Christmas present.

Good user friendly website and in store pickup is available. The owners are helpful even going through a box packed for a festival for a shirt in a size I wanted. They also carry masks.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner of High Seas Trading Co. at Oceanside's Harbor Days. Hands down the largest and highest quality selection of Hawaiian themed clothing this side of the Hawaiian Islands. Did I mention, all his products are made in the U.S.? I looked at the shirts online, then I called with a few questions about fit, shrinkage, etc. I had already selected my shirt, so I placed my order by phone .The shirt arrived two days later and it is a very nice shirt . I am very happy with the merchandise, which was "Parrots in Paradise". I will buy again. Service was very good over the phone.

They have a huge selections of shirts that are very high quality. I will buy some more shirts here, My order was over the phone after looking at the website, The shirt was shipped on a Tuesday and arrived two days later on Thursday. Great service, quality merchandise, what is not to like?
