I have lived at this property for a few years now. Good place to be in between the highlands and fairwood and just down the highway from downtown renton and close the freeways. The property has always been decent, then Jorge started and the property has gotten 100x better. He really knows his stuff and is pretty much a jack of all trades. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied and if you aren't he will work until you are. He genuinely cares and wants to make this property better and it shows through his dedication. He's more than just a maintenance supervisor,

I am giving my 5* for the current Maintenance Supervisor at this apartment community. During the last 2 years the maintenance at this community has been terrible - the lack of care was really showing just driving into the parking lot of this apartment community. The last 6 months it has really turned around and the current Supervisor Jorge is doing an excellent job not only taking care of the grounds but also the resident needs as well. This gentlemen has gone above and beyond to make sure that things are in working order inside my apartment home. He 100% cares and it shows!

Our on site manager Anita has been absolutely amazing and never let us down! Great manager and a great neighbor too! She's been a part of the community going on 15 years and knows how to get things taken care of for you with courtesy and a smile. Thick walls and floors so you barely hear your neighbors. Relatively low crime area. Good schools nearby. Near the major freeways. Jorge has been a great maintenance guy too! Always looking out for the community. Always super friendly. Would recommend and would come back if Anita and Jorge were still here!

Do not rent from this apartment complex. In the last 3 years this complex has had 3 property managers. The current manager Rita is extremely rude and has a bad attitude. She becomes very irritated by tenants moving out. She complains to other tenants about tenants leaving and how she is having a tough time getting tenants into the apartments. Many tenants have moved out. There is mold growing inside of the apartments due to bad plumbing system and poor ventilation. The apartments are extremely overpriced and not of high quality. Again, do not rent from this apartment complex. You will regret it

My family and I moved in the 1st of October and all I’ve ever had was great service and a welcoming staff. They e always been able to get back to us within expectation, and have always been so considerate. Rita is amazing to work! She definitely went above and beyond to get us where we are now. I have no cons to state because there is none! If your looking for a family friendly environment and great customer service this is where you want to be!

We've been a resident here for a number of years, and have found the complex to be great. Easy access to bus stops, the Renton Community Center is just up the road, and there're two nice parks very close - one for sports and one for walking/biking. It's also close to the Cascade-Fairwood shopping area and Cascade-Fairwood Library, as well as easy/short drive to downtown Renton. There's a small area for shopping -just- off the grounds of the complex [beyond a separating fence] where there's a Starbucks, Subway, Limestone Grill, Chiropractor, a sushi restaurant and a new nail salon just went in as

I seldom write reviews, however, my wife and I couldn't be happier to live at Valley Springs Apartments! We both transferred to Amazon in Seattle and price was not our most important factor- we are new to the city and were seeking a "community," versus an apartment "complex." We also make a point to drive everywhere we were looking in the day and evening, prior to even calling to schedule a tour (My wife is quite particular).
We were instantly impressed with the cleanliness, location, safety lighting, and how remarkably quiet it was in the evening. Not to mention, it's right across the street

My girlfriend and I moved from North Carolina and looked at multiple apartments in different cities between Tacoma and Bellevue. We came across Valley Springs and went to tour two different units. Lisa was/is phenomenal. Her customer service and attention to detail is what eventually won us over. We love the way she manages the property, which is the cleanest property we have come across. The location is perfect as well! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the Renton area!
