Do you accept insurance?
We provide insurance reimbursement documentation. Most PPO plans cover lab work and imaging. Payment is required at service time with cash, check, or credit card.
What are your cancellation policies?
No charge for cancellations with 24-hour notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 fee. No-shows are charged the full office visit fee.

I LOVE Dr Whitewater. She is an amazing human being and a wonderful Doctor. She helped me with my stomach issue when no one else could! She also performs routine physicals once a year for me and refers me if I need Blood Work or anything else. Her whole practice is the best including her wonderful team. I always feel welcomed and cared for and she goes the extra mile for her patients. I am grateful to have found her!
