Started in 1979 with nothing more than a pick-up truck and two employees Sunrise has grown into one of the biggest full-service Paving and Asphalt maintenance companies in Southern Arizona. To this day Sunrise remains one of the last asphalt companies that is family owned and operated in Southern Arizona.

Although Sunrise has grown in size, our morals and principals, still remain the same. Treat each job no matter how big or small as if you owned the property, and keep the client involved in every step of the process to ensure their happiness at the end of the day.

Seal Coating
Report
Seal coating is the process of applying either by spray coating or squeegee coating. A layer of protection-based oil that helps slow down the damage caused from water, oil, and UV-Rays. Over time asphalt oxidizes and applying a seal coat can help reverse that process and put some moisture back into the asphalt - similar to how lotion can re-moisturize your skin.
Paving
Report
Sometimes repeated maintenance just isn't the answer and the solution is a new paving lot or driveway. There are two ways to go about this. It must be able to withstand repairs, crack filling and smoothing, and cleaning prior to having a fresh layer of asphalt applied. There are four steps to installing an asphalt overlay: inspection, milling, repair, and paving.
