Crack Filling

Our crack filling service addresses pavement cracks using hot rubberized or cold fillers to prevent water damage and erosion. Timely intervention stops minor cracks from developing into major structural issues. We clean cracks with gas-powered blowers before applying flexible sealants that accommodate pavement movement, extending surface lifespan while maintaining aesthetics.

Asphalt Paving

We install durable asphalt surfaces for roads, driveways, and parking lots using hot bituminous mix. Our paving process creates long-lasting structures through proper compaction and material selection. Minimum 1-inch overlays restore worn surfaces while full-depth replacement addresses severe damage, both executed with precision using specialized equipment for optimal results.

Seal Coating

Our seal coating protects asphalt from UV damage, oxidation, and chemical spills through protective oil applications. The process begins with thorough surface cleaning, followed by crack filling and hand-edging near concrete structures. One or two sealer coats are applied to restore asphalt flexibility, similar to moisturizing skin, while enhancing visual appeal.

Chip Seal

This cost-effective resurfacing method applies CRS-2 oil and pea gravel to create durable surfaces. After surface preparation, we spray hot oil then spread 3/8-inch aggregate, which is compacted to form a stable, cooler-running surface. Ideal for Arizona's climate, this 100-year-old technique provides lighter-colored, more reflective surfaces compared to traditional paving.

Asphalt Repairs

We offer two repair approaches: skin patching for surface-level issues and full-depth replacement for structural failures. Skin patching uses SS1-H emulsion to bond new asphalt to existing surfaces, while alligatoring damage requires complete removal and replacement. Both methods employ heavy rollers to ensure proper compaction and long-term durability for high-traffic areas.

Owner Les was on-site most of the day and his crew administered CPR on my neglected asphalt driveway, filling cracks and sealing the asphalt. Not only does the driveway look a lot better, I know it will last a lot longer. I'll recommend them to my neighbors and definitely use Sunrise Asphalt again.

We had Sunrise Asphalt Co. come out to repair our deteriorating asphalt drive. They arrived on time. The owner, Les Silberman, accompanied his crew and stayed for the entire job (in 110 degrees!!). They did a thorough, fantastic job and the driveway looks wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

We just had our driveway repaired and sealed by Les Silberman of Sunrise Asphalt. I have to say they did a remarkable job as we had neglected our driveway for too long and it had a considerable amount of wear. He and his crew examined the driveway and made recommendations for cutting out damages areas and re-paving them as well as sealing all cracks and then finished it with two full coats of sealer. They were incredibly thorough. I would highly recommend them if you need your driveway repaired and sealed. David Haase, Home Owner.
