Our bodies are quite adept at repairing themselves. We use methods that aid that natural ability with modalities like reiki, energy healing, nutrition, herbal remedies and teas, and prana touch therapy with physical manipulations. We believe many illnesses are caused by the toxins in our foods. Avoiding manufactured ingredients and pesticides reduces the harmful substances entering our bodies.

Through the practice of Shakti Tao (practice of connecting to the Earth) we can find our center and balance ourselves. In these classes you will have an opportunity to explore each of the 7 nations in depth and learn how their energy can compliment and boost your life force. I am currently going through Reiki one training and my own personal sessions under Michelle. The results have been wonderful and exactly what I have been searching for. Parts of perspective that have been blocked for me have finally been reveling themselves. If this is part of your path I would highly recommend Ashamenta.

I had my first Reiki session today with Michelle and I loved the experience! She also did a tarot reading with me and I found the cards that she drew to be very fitting for where I am currently in my life journey. The reiki was very calming, soothing, and healing. I had many interesting and beautiful visions in my mind’s eye. I also felt clarity and overflowing gratitude during the experience. I would definitely recommend doing Reiki with Michelle if you are feeling interested in it! I’m still feeling a lovely glow from the experience, nearly 12 hours later.

Ashamenta Healing Arts is a group of people who provide offerings and exchanges of energy and creative connections. They were present at an important event for a cause that I organized and brought their offerings to our festival to allow our attendees the opportunities to experience reiki energy healing. We are grateful and I personally feel inspired by the Center that MeeshaKeena has put together. This is a wonderful group of people to heal and relax with. I started the journey to become a reiki practitioner without expectations and now its a highlight of my life! The energy in the space is so healing and non judgmental, and i feel like I've made lifelong friends. Meesha and the crew are absolutely wonderful souls! I had a healing session from Jemaica at one of the reiki share clinics and afterwards I felt like i had left behind years of fear, anger, and worry. Highly recommend!!!
