Here's a very simple review: bought a used soft serve machine (for a not-so-inexpensive price). Felt comfortable paying up for it at the timebecause it was "fully reconditioned". Used the machine very lightly for 8 months in a sandwich shop , NOT AN ICE CREAM STAND, and now my "fully reconditioned" soft serve machine is completely useless, because it has a bad compressor. Love's is only too happy to repair the machine to the tune of $2000.00! Why wouldn't they be happy, right? So with no support from them we try to find a cheaper dealer to repair the compressor
