Dream Systems
Dream Systems Dental Sleep Laboratory is located in Roseville, California. We specialize in the FDA Cleared Oral Appliances for the treatment of Snoring, Sleep Apnea and Sleep Disordered Breathing; assisting dentists, physicians and patients with custom oral appliances nationwide. Dream Systems is the Research and Development Lab for the OASYS Oral / Nasal Airway System and OASYS Hinge Appliance, developed by Mark Abramson, DDS.

We are a Medicare Cleared laboratory for the OASYS Hinge and Telescopic Herbst appliances. We are also a Certified Myerson E.M.A. Laboratory and fabricate a variety of Splints and Nightguards. We also sponsor continuing education programs in Dental Sleep Medicine throughout the United States. Jim Addiego is the Manager of Dream Systems, LLC and Dream Systems Dental Sleep Laboratory.

Report
It also treats Sleep Disordered Breathing by addressing Upper Airway Resistance in the nasal region. The Lingual Tongue Button component is optional, but adds tongue training and repositioning for improved tongue placement, better swallowing and improved sleep treatment results even in Severe OSA patients.
EMA Device
Report
The EMA Devices fabricated by Dream Systems use the Myerson Hooks and Straps. The standard appliance design has been modified, incorportating a flat plane design of the splints for added strength and function, The ThermoFlex Hard Material is used upon request and in circumstances where there are impres-sion flaws, edentulous areas and where clasping can be of benefit.
Telescopic Sleep Herbst

The Dream Systems Telescopic Sleep Herbst is EO486 PDAC cleared through Medicare (Herbst Oral Appliance MC1 Dream Systems LLC E0486 01/11/2013) Our Telescopic Herbst provides maximum tongue space, and exceptional freedom of movement, vertically and horizontally, though limited with elastics. The Telescopic hinges extend, but do not come apart.

In order to practice within the limits of their license as designated by their state the dentist refers the patient to the physician for diagnosis of SDB - be it snoring, UARS or Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Following diagnosis, the physician sends the patient back to the dentist for OAT as appropriate.
