I went to Custom Eyes with an unusual request. Meeting with Hwa and Cara was a welcome experience as they listened and provided both feedback and opinions on my needs. I felt as if I was being served by professionals with real personalities, not boiler plate comments. I would really recommend this location to others

The doctor and the office staff are unbelievably rude. The doctor very rudely snapped at me for trying to help my daughter understand the instructions as she was reading the eye chart, she apologized for being rude when I brought it to her attention. After a year, I decided to try again (I wasn't planning on going back) only to have them tell me they felt it better I go somewhere else because I addressed the rudeness of the doctor. So in the end, it's the customers fault the doctor was rude and for addressing it with her.

I have been going to Dr. Kim for several years and find her to be an excellent Optometrist! Her office is clean and well-organized and her staff is efficient. I would highly recommend her if you want a thorough eye-exam!
