Your first visit will begin with an in-depth assessment of your condition and an initial treatment. The intake and treatment usually takes 90 minutes, depending on your condition. Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Environmental Studies, University of California, Santa Cruz. Nationally Certified: National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Susannah began her training in natural medicine in her teens with the study of nutrition. After receiving a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Environmental Studies, she taught ecology in the National Parks.

Dr. Paula Marchionda is the Medical Director of Great Turning Healing. In her own practice Dr. Marchionda focuses on providing care for the whole person by addressing the root cause of illness. She is passionate about supporting our bodies to heal themselves. While double board certified in Integrative and Preventive Medicine she is also an expert in cancer survivorship, wellness, and functional and regenerative medicine.
