You will need to provide a level, open space with clearance from tree branches, utility and phone lines and other obstructions. Wet inflatables require established grass or concrete/asphalt for setup, no dirt or rocks. If in doubt Please call/text with any questions about approved surfaces, we are happy to assist or look at the setup area prior to the event.

Minimum setup/pickup temperature is 42 degrees. Bounce On reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time for any reason due to safety concerns, weather or improper setup surface including mud and pet waste etc. Delivery is usually 1-4 hours before your event begins and does not count against your 5 hour rental.

Yes, you may keep any of our inflatables overnight, however an additional fee of $35 will be added and the inflatable will be picked up the following day (usually between 9AM-1PM) All prices on our website include a minimum of 5 hours between 9AM-8PM. If your event time starts at 4PM or later we suggest an overnight rental to ensure a full 5 hours.

Events open to the public must have an attendant for each inflatable. Rentals are subject to price increases of 40% due to volume of riders, setup surface and extra wear of equipment. Bounce On can, and in some cases provide attendants for an additional $25 an hour per attendant or the customer can provide adult attendants approved by Bounce On management.
