We are open and able to see clients via Telemedicine appointments on a case by case basis. Cancellation Policy: If you are more than 10 minute late to a 30 minute appointment, or more than 15 minutes late to an hour appointment you may not be seen and this will be considered a missed appointment (please refer to your policy agreement for further details regarding missed appointments).
If you miss 3 or more appointments in a 6 month time period or 5 appointments in a year, without a 24 hour notice, your file may be closed.

At this time I accept First Choice, Pacific Source, MODA, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurances. Additionally, I can provide you with documents needed to submit for reimbursement as an out of network provider. I can also accept HSA and FSA cards. A fee schedule can be provided upon request, but appointments can vary from $100 to $400 depending on the type and length of appointment.
