Pilates Sante
In accordance with Santa Clara County's mask mandate, we are asking all staff and clients to wear a mask for the duration of their time in the studio. We are also asking for proof of vaccination. After practicing physical therapy for 6 years, I saw limitations for ongoing therapeutic exercise options, and believed there was a need for Pilates based physical therapy.

As a result, I opened Pilates Sante in 2008. I am passionate about Pilates, having practiced it myself for 20 years, and having seen the life changes it has enabled in my patients over the last 15 years. My goal is to create an environment where you feel welcome, safe, and hopeful about meeting your fitness or rehabilitation goals and improving your quality of life.
