Hampton Gymnastics

At the Hampton Gymnastics Center it is our intention to heighten the self esteem of the children who participate in our program. We achieve this in many ways. It starts with a clean, fully equipped, professionally staffed facility. Next is our safety oriented approach to teaching gymnastics. Progression means leaving no stone unturned in mastering basic skills before more difficult ones are attempted.

Program director, Mr. Bob brings more than 50 years of gymnastics experience to our program. Beginning with 10 years of competitive gymnastics, he then graduated from West Chester University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education. Mr. Bob has owned and operated successful gymnastics schools for the past 35 years!

No doubt about it, girls love gymnastics. Whether it's on the front lawn or at the beach or park, the girls are busy cartwheeling about. And while they are enjoying their gymnastics lessons at the Hampton Gymnastics Center, they are also reaping all of the benefits that gymnastics has to offer. These include increased balance, strength, flexibility, agility, and spatial awareness.

Hampton Gymnastics offers a range of classes for students of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a mom with a toddler looking to explore movement and gain confidence or you're an experienced gymnastics student look to strengthen your skills, we have a class for you.

Through an adaptive use of our mats and mat shapes, as well as the other equipment in our facility, we enable children, ages 18 months to 3 years, to discover the joy of physical movement. Our trained staff will guide the parents to help their children reap the ultimate benefit of the creative obstacle style setups we provide.
