Services
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy uses gentle touch to release tensions in the central nervous system. This non-invasive treatment addresses headaches, chronic pain, and stress-related disorders. Our certified therapists apply precise techniques to improve fluid flow around the brain and spinal cord, promoting deep relaxation and natural healing processes.
Massage Therapy
Customized massage therapy sessions address individual wellness goals. Our licensed practitioners combine Swedish, deep tissue, and medical massage techniques. Treatments help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation. Each session is tailored to address specific client needs through personalized pressure and modality combinations.
Reiki
Reiki sessions channel universal life force energy to promote balance and healing. Practitioners use hands-on techniques to clear energy blockages and restore natural flow. This complementary therapy reduces stress, enhances relaxation, and supports the body's innate healing abilities. Sessions provide emotional and spiritual rejuvenation alongside physical benefits.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release targets restrictions in the body's connective tissue network. Therapists apply sustained pressure to release adhesions and improve mobility. This technique effectively addresses chronic pain patterns and postural imbalances. Treatments help restore flexibility and reduce discomfort caused by fascial restrictions throughout the body.
Ayurveda
Ayurvedic consultations offer personalized wellness guidance based on ancient Indian medicine. Practitioners assess individual constitutions to recommend dietary, lifestyle, and herbal solutions. This holistic approach balances mind-body systems through customized treatment plans. Services include dosha analysis and tailored recommendations for optimal health and disease prevention.

Having Sibyll work on my daughter has been a dream come true. She is very caring and considerate when she works on her and always respects when my daughter has had enough treatment for the session. Sibyll has magical hands, a loving heart, and is extremely knowledgeable in the healing modalities she uses. I recommend her to everyone I know as working with her has been a deeply healing experience.
