Horrible customer service. I called to get an estimate for a foundation. A message was taken and after not hearing from them for several days, I called again. I was told I probably didnt get a return call because they are too busy to work with anyone thats not a contractor. They offered to take another message but I was told that I may not receive a callback.

BEWARE if you aren't a high volume builder. This company uses lies, deceit and misleading promises to string you along when it suits their purposes. Even if you have an agreed timeline you will be bumped if another higher volume builder needs work last minute. One month after our job site was ready and more than 3 weeks after Ms Utility marked lines, I was again told to wait another week, at least.
