Amazing customer service! We ordered two glass frames from Quadro and one came was broken. I emailed their team and was immediately contacted with apologies and told they would send a replacement ASAP. Their custumer service is fantastic and I highly recommend them! They have a customer for life. Thank you, Quadro!

I have to say that they have some outstanding customer service. I bought a frame and had it shipped to the house. Upon opening it and assembling it, I realized the side pieces were miss boxed. I called their customer service number and left a message. A couple hours I received a call back! The customer service agent apologized and shipped out the correct pieces that day via Priority Mail! I got the correct pieces in 2 days and now I have a complete frame that fits! Thank you guys 2 up.

I get all of my glass clips from Quadro Frames and have been for a few years. Once my supplier stopped selling glass clips I was happy when I came upon Quadro Frames and was very comparable in price. The quality is excellent and the only time I have ever had a problem they shipped me a new box in replace of my broken glass (which wasn't even their fault! it was the mail mans.) I make custom frames with them and sell them at craft shows, and I need a product im willing to sell to customers and know I wont get a call back saying the backs broke and want a refund. My name and company is on the line
