Services
Asphalt Sealing
Professional asphalt sealing protects surfaces from weather damage and oil stains while enhancing appearance. Our Michigan-made, low-VOC sealers extend pavement lifespan by preventing cracks and erosion. This preventative maintenance solution costs significantly less than future repairs.
Crack Repair
Heated rubber injection fills cracks completely, allowing pavement expansion while blocking water intrusion. This method ensures long-term durability against Michigan's freeze-thaw cycles using eco-friendly, vegetation-safe materials.
Pothole Patching
Permanent pothole repair involves complete material removal, base stabilization, and new asphalt installation. Our process creates smooth, lasting surfaces that withstand vehicle traffic and seasonal weather changes across Michigan properties.
Parking Lot Striping
Precision striping improves traffic flow and business aesthetics using professional tools for straight lines and consistent markings. Our crews handle projects of any scale while maintaining parking lot safety and regulatory compliance.
Flat Roof Sealing
Gaco silicone roof coatings provide permanent leak protection with lifetime guarantees. This cost-effective alternative to roof replacement seals existing surfaces while offering UV resistance and energy efficiency benefits for commercial properties.

Pretty pathetic when a company comes in to do work for a business and alls you can smell is weed. And you look outside and can see all the employees and the owner outside smoking their pot. I could careless on what anyone does on their own time, but give me a break. There was no reason I had to shut my office window because that's all I could smell.
Weed is not a life or death, wait until you are done and at home. Be professional. Be courteous of others.

Did my driveway and got sealer all over my garage door and caused over $1200 in damage not to mention they didn't call me like I asked so I could remove my car so it was stuck in there all weekend. The seal they use is cheap and pealed up within 6 months. I messaged them many times they agreed to fix damage and driveway yet they Haven't done it even though they did have someone come out and take pictures. Steer clear at all cost!!!
