I have worked here for 2 months now. I have had nothing but positive experiences here at Better Hearing. Dr Gretchen is such a compassionate person with a big heart and is a WEALTH of knowledge! I absolutely love working with her! I have fallen in love with the patients that come in here to the Bella Vista office. I am constantly told how wonderful our doctor is and always being told stories of how she has helped people. I will happily continue to grow and learn with this company and the patients :-)

Jennifer has really made this the best experience. She is genuine and cares about her patients ear health and their over-all well being . I feel like family every time I call or go into the office. All the staff and doctor Gretchen are truly wonderful! I got my hearing back giving me the quality of life I DESERVE! Thank you Jennifer and rest of the Better Hearing staff!

Absolutely a great husband and wife team. Very caring and they are dedicated to providing you very fine tune hearing aids. I never had a intense hearing test like Better Hearing. Highly recommend them.

As always, Gretchen is astute in listening to experience detail, testing, and making diagnostic changes to the hearing instruments. She has great rapport in working with customers. She doesn't market or push solutions, she just informs while you make your own decisions. She is very well studied on many hearing aid manufacturers to facilitate your discretion.
