Visit was great as usual. This year I did have a longer wait in waiting room. I arrived early, but was not taken to a room until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I had to go to check-in to see if I was forgotten. Three or four people were called back, that arrived several minutes after me, were called back before me. Other then this minor inconvenience all went well.

I really enjoyed all the help I got from my dermatologist. She was awesome with assisting all my needs, however I was very disappointed with the service of Epiphany Dermatology as a whole. I always had extremely long wait times, un-returned voicemails I left, and I always felt as if the staff working at the front were very unfriendly. Overall, the dermatologists were awesome, but the lack of good service from the front desk workers making me switch dermatologists.

Went to Epiphany Dermatology for yearly skin check. Was quick. Friendly staff. Dr. Mathis efficient as always. Everyone should have their skin checked at least once a year. I recommend them as I have been several times and they have a variety of services.

Dr Matthys is a breath of fresh air and the most caring, interactive Dr I have ever gone to. His knowledge and caring manner exceeds excellence. His staff are all very helpful, attentive and kind. The office is top notch and provides great services and products. So glad I was referred here many years ago and I continue to be 100% pleased!!

The personal care that I have received at this office has been superior. I have seen 3 different doctors and several nurses. Each time I had excellent care. The office has had excellent response to Covid using protocol to protect their patients and staff. I highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology.

I have been a patient of this facility for years. They are kind, considerate, and really care about YOU. If I am considering changing insurance companies I make sure the doctors and facility accept it. If they don't, I don't switch. They are that good. Have never had a bad experience.
