We strive to have a convenient schedule with varied hours in order to accommodate our patients. Appointments are made in order to reserve your special time with the dentist. If you need to change your reservation, we will be happy to find a more convenient time for you. This requires at least 1 business day's notice.

We will attempt to determine, to the best of our knowledge, the allowable benefits of your policy. When insurance companies require a predetermination of benefits before treatment is started, we will submit to the insurance company a treatment plan with charges so that you will be completely informed of your coverage.
