Peter is very thorough and happy to explain what he's found and how it can be "fixed". His knowledge of building is impressive. His photos, combined with explanations and arrows pointing exactly to what needs addressing, make it easy for the homeowner to understand his report. We have used his services three times and highly recommend him. Plus, he's a nice guy and enjoyable to work with.

Peter was always quick to respond and answer any questions that I had. He truly went above and beyond in his inspection and in his report. I have a new construction home and Peter was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that he went over all his concerns. He also gave us great maintenance and safety advice. Peter is the best in North West Arkansas!

Ive always felt that home inspections were useful, but at the end of the day just a necessary part of the process. Peters years of experience and detailed reporting changed my perception of the value of home inspections. If it had not been for his effort and communication, we would have had some unexpected surprises after moving into our home. Surprises that completely changed the real estate deal. If you are new to NWA or havent bought a home in a while, definitely give Peter a call. The value is well worth the investment. He is a fantastic home inspector in Springdale and NWA.
