Update: they did try to make it right and reached out to apologize and provide a refund. Thankful for the follow up. The room was set up incorrectly so we would have never been able to solve the puzzle. It was not setup correctly to begin with so we waited inside the room while the employee attempted to reset the room. Once the hour was up another employee entered and showed us that the wrong locks were connected to the wrong boxes and admitted that we were in an unsolveable room. We were not offered a refund, credit to a new game, or even an apology. It was an extremely disappointing experience

We did the neon room and the seasonal gingerbread room, both were a fun challenge and well put together. The staff was super friendly and helpful with the hints. Will go back and try the other rooms!

The room was not set up properly prior to our arrival. My group spent a lot of time deciphering something that lead to a lot of locks which were left unlocked before we entered the room. This lead to confusion as we thought the discovered codes were for something else. When we were given our 5 clues, they gave us clues that lead to what we had already figured out. 1/5 clues was actually helpful. This was upsetting since it appeared as they were not actively keeping up with our group on where we were in the process. Needless to say, we did not escape the room. Perhaps with a bit more preparation

Update: management has been wonderful, will give them another try.
Weve done a lot of escape rooms and this was really disappointing. A lot of the mechanisms didnt work, even when we got them correct. The moderator had to come in multiple times to fix it, and then didnt add time back (it took 2-3 minutes to ask for hint, have him come in, then fix the mechanism). We werent able to finish the room even though there was 3-4 mistakes on the fault of the company. It had the potential to be good, but it is so disappointing when things dont work properly and youre met with no explanation

One of the trashiest places I've been to. The rooms are falling apart and barely work when the rooms cost $150+!!! Owner is unprofessional at best and otherwise just disrespectful to paying customers, not to mention she pays her workers $8/hour, denies them overtime pay, and talks to them like they're trash. I could keep going on and on but I don't think I need to. The attached photo is a picture of notes in their employee room. These are things said to and about employees of the business and other customers.

SO FUN! We did the The Dollls Escape: Based On The Real Life Annabelle Story and had a blast! The clues were so helpful and the Game Master was so friendly. The room was set up very well and the props were fantastic. We honestly can't want to go back! Highly recommended!
