Carryout: Bottles, 64 oz. Valkyrie Brewing Company is an independent, family owned and operated microbrewery in Dallas, Wisconsin. Randy and Ann Lee established the brewery in 1994 when it became the first microbrewery in Northwest Wisconsin. Many people ask us, "why Dallas?" Dallas has perfect water that is so soft that we can brew any style of beer.
Through the years we have brewed over 38 different beers of our own plus a large number of contract brews. We LOVE beer! Dallas may seem like it is in the middle of nowhere, but it really isn't. It is a short jaunt from the Twin Cities and is located along a shortcut from there to Northwest Wisconsin's "Vacation land".
