Dr. Faler was born and raised in Hattiesburg, MS and grew up working summers in his father's periodontal practice where he gained an early interest in dentistry.
After graduating from Mississippi State University in 1993 with a B.S. in Biology, he went to dental school at UAB School of Dentistry in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Mindy Gil grew up in sunny southern California. After completing her bachelor's degree in Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University, she continued her studies at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) for her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
Following her passion for oral-systemic link of our health, she pursued her studies and earned specialty certificate in periodontology and Doctor of Medical Science in Oral Biology (DMSc) from HSDM.She is a board certified diplomate of American Academy of periodontology.

Please Note: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation appointment. Also, please inform us if you have EVER taken bisphosphonates (ie Fosamax, Didrocal, or Actonel).
LANAP Laser Periodontal Therapy

Dr. Faler has completed intensive training in Laser Periodontal Therapy and offers this treatment using the World's first digital dental laser-the Periolase MVP-7. This laser was specifically designed for treating gum (periodontal) disease. This addition makes it possible for us to effectively treat gum disease problems and establish ideal conditions for healing the gums around teeth that have periodontal pockets, right in our office.
