Moved here in January and really love the apartment. Brand new finishes, 12’ ceilings, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, garage parking, gym, salt sauna, playroom, courtyard and patio, dog run, *wonderful* 24-hour concierge, A/C, multiple gas grills. There are 2 dog parks within a few blocks walking distance. The view is either manhattan or directly looking at the cliffs.
We’ve had really good experiences with service requests, they usually come the next day and are friendly and very helpful.
The building is across the street from the light rail station, and has shuttle service on weekdays

We lived at the Cliffs 3 years and loved it! The apartments are beautiful and the building has all the amenities you could want. The courtyard is gorgeous, the gym and sauna are great and the staff is amazing! We were sad to leave but decided to purchase instead of rent. Thanks for the memories Cliffs!

Don’t listen to all the brokers trying to sell the apartments in these reviews. The management company is VERY slow to respond to requests, they barely even acknowledge emails. On the hottest weekend of the year, my family was without air conditioning after the management company ignored the service request put in on a Friday morning. Portable units were brought over as a temporary fix (one didn’t work, and the other couldn’t keep up with an apartment our size) for the weekend. By Sunday morning at 9:00 am, it was 79 degrees in my 5 month old baby’s room. I had to find an air conditioner
