We provide Type A and Type B assisted living options, along with specialized memory care programs. Each level offers different degrees of support for daily living activities and medical needs.
How do you support residents with dementia?
Our memory care program includes secure environments, trained staff, and structured activities tailored to cognitive abilities. We focus on maintaining dignity through personalized care plans and specialized training for caregivers.
What are your monthly rates?
Assisted living rates range from $3,000 to $6,000 monthly depending on room size and care level. Transportation services cost $25 per trip with additional hourly charges for staff assistance.
Do you accept Medicaid residents?
Currently, we operate as a private-pay facility and do not accept Medicaid. Residents and families are responsible for covering all associated costs through private payment methods.
What safety features are available?
Our facilities include emergency call systems, fire sprinklers, and secure memory care units. Type A rooms have voice-activated intercoms, while all locations maintain 24-hour staff supervision for resident safety.

My aunt is a resident at Mayberry Gardens I dont recommend sending your loved one here its multiple times Ive came in and shes been covered in bm or soaking wet and when we approach staff about it they always seem to be agitated or too busy on their phone & as far as the administration and her assistant goes they dont care about the facility nor the communication Ive literally had to go to house 3 just to find someone to talk to.house 3 staff was amazing and awesome and I think the girls I spoke to was Asia& Dinora they were amazing and gave me the help I needed only of the other

My husband has been living at Mayberry Gardens since March2021. The staff is great and the residents are helpful to each other. MG has been a blessing to our family and I know my husband is safe and in good hands. Highly recommended!

My mom lived at Mayberry until she passed last August. It was a wonderful place! The houses are clean and well kept and the staff is kind. Linda in house #5 is a wonderful loving woman. She treated my mom with love, respect and kindness and I am so grateful to her for making my mother's last few months good ones. If you are looking for a place that will treat your loved one with love and give you peace this is the place.

House 3 has been good to my family member. I'd even say she might be spoiled with love. Jerri always makes sure they have something warm and yummy to eat. I don't worry about their safety and can rest at night knowing they are being cared for. Thank you Nicole for making sure we have the best staff to take care of our families and providing a home filled with love.

Great environment, several houses in a cozy setting. Each house has a different level of care. Nicole in house 3 has been a godsend with my Grandma. The house have open home environment, the kitchen is in the center and open to the living room just like it would be in their home. Thank you Nicole, and Mayberry!
