It wakes us up. It gives us warmth. It helps us get ready for the day, the night, the road ahead. Coffee really is personal. And we believe the task of any great coffee roaster is to continuously deliver on that promise. To search the planet for the best varietals, to roast them to perfection and to meet our coffee loving customers where they are.
It's a passion, a mission, a vision and maybe even a little bit of an addiction. But that's okay. We're with you every step of the way.

Beanstock Coffee was born in 1996 as a small coffee shop tucked into the Inn at Duck Creek on Main St. in beautiful Wellfleet, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. There the smells of fresh roasted coffees and scratch baked goodies attracted many of our friends and neighbors. Word quickly spread and Beanstock became a small town hit.
Oomph! Cold Brew
Report
What is Oomph!? Oomph! is our own cold brew coffee recipe. We make ours a little stronger than most. Why? Well, mostly because we like it that way (and so do so many of you) but also because it gives you that "personal" option to add some clean, cold water if you prefer it a little mellower.
Check here to see what coffee we are currently using as we change it from time to time if we find a new single origin we think will make for a fabulous cold brew.We are currently using a Honduran that is both organic and fair trade certified that is big and creamy with rich, milk chocolate, hazelnut and mild citrus notes.

The 12oz (green) bags and the 5lb bags are both nitrogen-flushed and heat-sealed and have a one-way degassing valve. This process keeps the oxygen (coffee enemy) out of the bag for extended freshness. The valve allows for the coffee to off-gas after the roast and gently escape without building pressure inside.
