Michael Feiner, Esq., the Founder of Feiner & Lavy, P.C., was an authority in Immigration Law for over 30 years, a highly respected attorney in the legal community and a former Chairman of the New York AILA Chapter. Having received his L.L.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel in 1965, he was admitted to the New York Bar in 1976 and focused exclusively on immigration law.
