How funny! This company refused to work with me and my family because I accused them of dishonest practices when dealing with my elderly father. The visiting tech did not explain things well enough to my father for him to understand, tech showed my father an ipad with the estimate and had him sign the ipad agreeing to the estimate but did not explain what was written on the ipad nor did he give him a paper estimate or receipt at the time of service. Paige, office manager (she said), said that she personally thoroughly explained the process to my father and mailed an invoice - yet my father did

Called this company to reconnect my air duct and install a smart thermostat. Came and gave a quote if $200 for both. The guy wanted to move my thermostat to another wall starting that it would be too difficult to install the thermostat where the other currently installed thermostat is at due to the new thermostat needing a power wire. I asked the guy why would it be difficult if there is wires currently there which I would assume would make it possible to fish the power wire through. His response was well there too many obstacles in the wall to fish the wire through. I asked him how did he know

Set an appointment right away. Service rep Roy was on time, actually a bit early. After a very thorough inspection and outline of how they would proceed with the installation of a patio heater, he promised a written proposal within a few days. Nice, professional approach.

Recently we had a heat pump system replaced in an addition on our home. Unfortunately, the installer was quite less adapt at this type of system. We ended up with AC, but no heat. We had to say enough and sever ties with him. We called Russell's and their service was outstanding. From the call to their customer service to them showing up in less than an hour. Angel and Bruce had things figured out in less than an hour and pointed out that the wiring was incorrect and the thermostat wiring was wrong as well. The ducting was done wrong and Angel pointed this out. ( I will fix it myself soon
