Yes, free delivery and setup are included within the Twin Cities Metro area for orders over $215. Additional fees may apply for remote locations.
What if I need to cancel my rental?
Cancel 24 hours before setup for a full credit valid for one year. No refunds or credits issued within 24 hours of delivery.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Grass is preferred. Additional fees apply for pavement or indoor setups requiring sandbags or tarps.
Do you offer extended rental discounts?
Yes, multi-day rentals receive discounted rates. Check our website for current promotions and package deals.
Are your inflatables sanitized between rentals?
Yes, all units are cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved solutions at our warehouse and again on-site during delivery.

We hired Jump City for my daughters birthday party and an honest mistake was made where the wrong bouncy house was delivered. However, Jump City rose to the occasion and went above and beyond to correct their error. I so appreciate when a company owns their mistake and makes it right. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for future parties.

We rented a bounce house for my son's 4th birthday party. The bounce house was dropped off and assembled for us without us even having to he home, it was incredibly easy and stress free!! The kids had an amazing time! We will be back for more!

Well, where do i start, the bounce house was horribly filthy at drop off and we found a blunt in it. TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give it zero stars if i could! The delivery guys were very rude and didn't clean the inflatable even after being asked to personally... very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
