I needed to create a thoughtful custom favor for the bachelor party of my best friend. I'm a procrastinator, and Touch of Wood was able to accommodate me on fairly short notice. I went into the shop and met with co-owner Ann, who took great pains to make sure that my favor was perfectly realized. The service was immaculate, the prices were VERY reasonable, and I got what I needed in time to make the bachelor and all the groom's party very impressed with the results. Went here back in 2019 to engrave a custom cut piece of cherry wood. Came out excellent. Customer service was great. I asked a bunch of questions in person and they answered all of them.
