THE place to go if you're scuba or freediving on the Kitsap. I'm a regular diver and have gone there for years but the new owners are making daily improvements. So even if you were there in the past, if you haven't been by in the last year, you don't know the place. It's changed and for the better. Great place to get your certification or gear up or just get a nitrox fill. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's a real growing family of divers breathing much needed new life into the west sound scuba scene. And BTW if you've thought about diving, stop thinking about it and just do it... They

Incompetence and unprofessionalism are the two adjectives that come to mind after my recent experience there. My wife and I walked in asking for a beginner set of dive equipment for me and Dean (I believe that's his name) said "we have a package deal for $299 (mask, snorkel, fins, boots, and gloves)". I was like that's awesome, but after an hour of picking which gear I wanted (it was slow because Dean struggled to answer my basic questions about the gear), I went to check out and he asked what class I was taking with them. I said I wasn't taking a class and he then told me the deal didn't apply

Since the new owners took over it's literally like a breath of fresh air. I actually stopped going after I once heard the previous owner talking down to someone in the rudest way and decided I didn't want to spend my money there. Once I heard it was under new ownership, I gave it another shot and glad I did! I had what I considered "White Glove Service"! They took their time, explained everything to me and even educated me on an item that I thought I absolutely needed to have and found that what I actually needed was less expensive!
