At the end of a visit, there's a comprehensive list of the work done, including pictures, which is so helpful to walk through.

Auto Centric, one of the five finalists for "Top Shop In The USA" two years in a row, is owned and operated by Tom Ham, who first began working on cars in an Amoco Service Station in 1969. Tom's first job was pumping gas, then changing oil, and eventually, he climbed the ladder to become a mechanic and then to shop owner.

I've experienced excellent service at Auto Centric. Regardless if major (timing/water pump) or a simple oil change, I've had no issues scheduling or with service performed. In the case of my brakes, they even followed up a couple of weeks later to ensure all was well. Typically I don't write a review but this is an exception.
