Curriculum

Home4Kidz provides research-based materials designed for early childhood education. We use resources of various early childhood development materials that are also used by many local preschools and Elementary schools. My program uses the Healthy Beginnings and Maryland Early Learning Standards (birth-8 years) curriculum for activities and lesson plans.

Every child possesses his/her own unique skills and learning style. At Home4Kidz childcare, we create an environment where each individual can learn in a free and organized space. Our curriculum consists of age-appropriate learning activities that prepare every child for kindergarten, elementary school, and beyond.
Why I became a Provider

When I was a little girl, I used to go on different Christian missions in many parts of the country with my mother. I would watch her working and assisting people especially families with young children, sick, poor, or needy.
As a child, then, I didn't understand what she was doing or why she was doing it or why she had to bring me along with her, but as I become older, I realized that my mother was imparting in me something that I can never deny and should always strive to have: Empathy.

Daily Activity

A schedule helps keep the day run smoothly and allows children to complete goals and anticipate future events. Although we make every effort to adhere to our written schedule we also leave home to make adjustments based on the children's needs and interests and or depending on the weather. The following is our daily routine.
