I recently needed to rent chairs for a small bridal luncheon. The place I usually use did not return calls or texts. In a panic with time running short, I yelped. On Call had a text number. I believe I messaged after hours. An angel named Trisha responded right away. She said their satellite location near me was closed but offered to deliver and pickup my small order free of charge. She was a dream to work with. I'll never use any other company for rental. I highly recommend On Call and Trisha. Above and beyond service!

We used On Call Event Rentals for our recent micro-wedding and I can't recommend them enough! Trisha provides amazing customer service and the prices seemed on-par/better than other companies. I think I made adjustments to my order at least 4 times. Each time, Trisha was super friendly and patient. Then, when I realized that I chose the wrong sized tables the day the order was delivered, Trisha figured out how to squeeze in a second delivery to swap them out with the right ones. She wasn't like, "well, that's your mistake," she actually cared about making sure we had what
