
Shasta Community Health Center is a non-profit primary health care system. SCHC is based in Redding California and has served Shasta and surrounding counties and communities since 1988. Shasta Community Health Center's mission is to provide quality health care services to the medically underserved populations of our communities.

To meet the need of our patients, Shasta Community Health Center Dental Clinic provides examinations, cleaning, fluoride treatments, x-ray services, and education in preventive care. Our dental services include fillings, crowns, bridges, partial and full dentures, extractions, root canals, and minor oral surgery, within our scope of expertise.

A patient may contact the Center Manager of any Shasta Community Health Center Site or Administration to voice concerns. Partnership Health Plan members may contact member services to escalate concerns by calling (707) 863-4120 or 800-863-4155. Important Center Update We are dealing with the complications of the pandemic, and we see some staffing shortages that could make getting through on our phones more difficult.

We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, CMSP, Path to Health, and Partnership Health Plan. If you have private insurance we will bill as a courtesy. Please call your insurance to find out if SCHC is a contracted provider. If your coverage requires you to have an assigned primary care provider, please ensure you are assigned to SCHC.
