Services
Massage Therapy
Our licensed massage therapists provide customized treatments using techniques like hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, and deep tissue work. Sessions range from 60-90 minutes and can be tailored for specific needs including sports recovery, stress relief, or chronic pain management. All massages include optional add-ons like Chinese cupping or stretching techniques.
Salt Room Therapy
Experience our Himalayan salt room for respiratory and skin health benefits. The controlled environment contains negative ions that may help alleviate allergies, asthma, and skin conditions. Sessions last 30 minutes and can be added to any service package. The salt room accommodates both single and couples' treatments.
Spa Packages
Curated multi-treatment experiences ranging from 2-4.5 hours. Packages combine services like massages, facials, and body treatments with amenities such as champagne service or catered lunches. Options include themed experiences like the 'Lavender Dreams' package featuring aromatherapy and steam sauna sessions, or the 'Fast Break' express treatment for time-constrained clients.
Vichy Shower Treatments
Specialized body treatments using our Vichy shower system for exfoliation and moisturizing benefits. Services include tropical body scrubs, mud wraps, and foaming lime treatments. These water-based therapies help remove dead skin cells while delivering nourishing ingredients through multiple shower jets in a controlled environment.
Float Room Therapy
Private float tank sessions offering weightless immersion in Epsom salt-saturated water. The dark, quiet environment promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction. Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and provide benefits including muscle tension relief, improved sleep patterns, and enhanced mental clarity through reduced sensory input.

After much research I decided to purchase a spa package as a birthday gift for a dear friend who resides in the Orange Park area. Not being from the area I contacted the spa and explained that this was a gift and that I wanted the recipient to receive the services on her birthday. The manager contacted me shortly afterwards and was able to accommodate my request. I was over joyed when my friend communicated how wonderful an experience she had. She too felt that the staff was extremely professional and accommodating and that the spa services and lunch received were outstanding. She definitely said

They give decent massages but the customer service needs improvement. We have visited a couple times, but saw the negative side once we had a delay in arrival. We had no problem with them keeping the deposit to cover themselves however the woman on the phone was borderline disrespectful. I said can we reschedule and she replied no, but hope your car gets fixed in a high pitched, nonchalant way. That prompted me to request a refund because now I dont even want to do business with you. She said a manager would call but I still havent received a call. I want our money refunded for the

Natural healing spa has so much to offer for a relaxing time. The couples massage was great and done in a comfortable environment. The calming music to the heated tables were amazing. The staff was amazing throughout the visit. They ensured our comfort and we weren't rushed. If you need a massage or a day of relaxation.. Natural Healing spa is the best choice.
We'll definitely be scheduling our next session soon.
Enjoy!

I have been coming to this spa for about 4yrs. I have brought almost every friend i have. It's amazing, the entire team is there for you. The environment and customer service CANT be beat. I've gone for a girl's day, pre-wedding relaxation, just a regular Tuesday, you name it and the quality of work has never changed. Always 110%! If you've been in the past- go again! Their new upgrades are worth checking out. I just tried the salt room and can't wait to hit the float room and try the new Vichy shower room. VICHY IS MY GO-TO! Highly, highly recommend if you love hot showers, aromatherapy, and
