Cornerstone was my first time as a temp worker. Right off the bat Ashley set me up with a great employer, and after a little more than 18 months a position opened up and I was able to get hired on. This is one of the best jobs I've ever had, and I owe it to Ashley and her team at the central Ft. Worth office. Absolutely changed my life for the better! I highly recommend them.

I applied online last week and had an interview set up for Monday. Apparently I am no longer able to work for them because I worked for them in 2011 and did not report to work. I talked to my lead at my job site about having to quit because I was having childcare issues but they did not get the message. 8 years later I'm able to work and I'm denied employment. I guess I'll have to wait 7 more years to check if its off my record.

Thank you Rebeka Neal! I felt the exact same when applying with Cornerstone. If you are black and educated they look over your experience and education and try to steer you into very low paying jobs. You cant even respectfully decline the job without them banning you in their system. They are quick to discard minority workers like yesterdays trash. Even when you follow all of their bullsh!% policies. Cornerstone acts very arrogantly by often mistreating minority applicants. Their policies are meant to give them an easy way to ensnare the temporary worker. Their policies on what can get you banned

I only felt with one agent. She inattentive. Did not give u much info about job and job she sent me on was for kids. The place I was sent to was low budget and a horrible area. When in return I am not interested for job. She then gets upset when I told her I felt unsafe, she says it looks bad. She sent me to orientation and I told them I will pass, very politely. Then she calls to say it was a bad fit but I should not have walk off. I tell her they would not let me use my phone and so it is my god given right for the pursuit of happiness. And she tells me she is not finished talking. And I dont

I specifically told them I wanted an office job, Ashley my recruiter, decided to give me a warehouse job. She is the worst recruiter, she was very rude and blamed me for taking the warehouse job. She then told me she couldnt help me anymore. I wouldnt accept their help even if it was my last resort, there are better staffing agencies I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Dont come here unless you want to waste your time!!
