Our advanced laser cutting capabilities include a 4000W CO2 laser and two 2000W CO2 lasers for precision cuts in stainless and carbon steel. We handle materials from 26-gauge to 1/4" stainless or 1/2" carbon steel. Our team works from customer-provided engineering drawings or assists with design optimization for efficient production.
Metal Fabrication
Comprehensive fabrication services utilize multiple press brakes (40-135 ton), punch presses, and welding stations. We accommodate projects of all sizes with MIG and TIG welding for aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel. Our sister division provides powder coating finishes for completed components.
Machine Repair
Emergency repair services address broken components like drive shafts and snow plows. Our machinists use cold saws, mills, and lathes to restore equipment functionality quickly. We specialize in cost-effective repairs for industrial machinery where replacement would be prohibitively expensive.
