If you are taking your mobility device via airline please remember a few this before you go. Remove the key from your scooter prior to boarding the aircraft. Leaving your key in the ignition of your scooter can lead to a few problems when you get to your destination. If the scooter power is left on for the duration of the flight there is a good possibility your batteries will be low or discharged when you get to your destination.

We don't not accept payment from; Medicare, VA, or Insurance claim DME equipment. We can not provide any information for Medicare or VA related equipment enquires. If you have private insurance which covers DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Purchase of the equipment must be made prior to submitting a claim to you insurance for re-imbursement, we can not do this process for you.

The below transportable scooters we recommend for people 200 lbs or less due to battery size, run time and scooter size. Passenger weight, Carpet, ramps and temperature will reduce travel and runtime. Average charge time 8 - 10 hours. Scooter speed 4 mph max range 8 miles. Due to the size, weight and risk of damage to the scooter we do not allow our larger full size scooters to be disassembled and transported in vehicles.
