Customer service is pretty bad. The biggest thing is Dr. Parsons supposedly doesn't fill put forms for disability. What is that? Why? That's trash! After a stroke She can't feel whole right side, She has to literally look down to make sure the foot is planted before taking another step. The biggest thing is the problem solving when She gets even a little flustered She become extremely confused. They're programs that can help but the proper forms NEED to be filled out. Difference between a bad Doctor and a GREAT is actually caring about the well being of the patient.

Paper work has to be done in black ink but no one tells you that until your done with the paper work! Had to redo it all! Give a black ink pen to each customer so they know! Had to pay $10 for the paper work!?! Because we used blue ink!?! Waited an hour for person behind desk who was so busy telling other employees about her weekend I assume to even enter paper work so we could see the dr. Employees out front are rude & inefficient at their jobs! They took everyone’s temperature but ours. Not one person sanitized their hands before handing out or accepting paperwork! But you want a mask on us

Dr. Javier Espinoza is amazing! He actually listens to you and confirms a diagnosis before prescribing anything. He has been extremely patient and informative. If you’re tired of doctors that don’t listen, office staff you have to constantly follow up with, and calls that don’t get returned… you should give First Physicians Westview a chance! You won’t be disappointed!

Took my son to Dr. with symptoms of Covid on a Wednesday. Test was negative but Dr. was to call in prescription for Zpak. No prescription was ever called in and I called back Thursday, only to be told she’d have the nurses call it in by end of day. No prescription called in. Called today, Friday, same girl on phone says I tried calling pharmacy and they never answered. I told her so did you call today?? She said no I need to get it approved by nurse. Why would you need an approval for a prescription that you attempted to send the day before but was too impatient to wait for a pharmacy tech to

I was a walk in patient the first time. Dr. Parsons saved my life. He has always listened and explained what I needed to know. He has even called me back after hours on his personal phone. Both of his nurses are great. I will be his patient as long as I can.
Edit 07/29/20. This afternoon I logged into the patient portal to ask Dr. Parsons a quick medical question. I was expecting a response tomorrow or Friday. Dr. Parsons called me back within five minutes. Another reason I will be his patient as long as I'm able to be.

Both my husband and I like Dr.Salcido, but the staff is mediocre. Just getting a call back for results, questions, and refills is like pulling teeth! We even switched pharmacies thinking it was a pharmacy problem, but no still no response from the Dr’s office. Finally when we do get a call back, our answers still are not answered completely. I can… keep going on about other issues, but will stop here. Unfortunately, we are stuck here because of our insurance plan. It may be an ok clinic for an emergency or common flu, cold, etc... but not on going care.
