Customer service is pretty bad. The biggest thing is Dr. Parsons supposedly doesn't fill put forms for disability. What is that? Why? That's trash! After a stroke She can't feel whole right side, She has to literally look down to make sure the foot is planted before taking another step. The biggest thing is the problem solving when She gets even a little flustered She become extremely confused. They're programs that can help but the proper forms NEED to be filled out. Difference between a bad Doctor and a GREAT is actually caring about the well being of the patient.

Good luck getting an appointment, they put you on hold and never answer, I had COVID and recovered I tried getting an appointment to get some meds refilled its been 3 weeks

It was a really bad experience, the receptionist was so rude she didnt explain nothing to us , I waited for 2 hour for nothing. They need to change the receptionist to fix the problem because Doctors are really good specially doctor Espinosa.

Dr Espinoza is a great doctor but his nurse well I have been on hold 1hr 18min waiting on my lab results. Not sure who she is.., but definitely recommend Dr E to recycle her .
