Cold Brew
Report
Cold-brewed coffee can be out of this world good. We're talking smooth, low acidity, high-caffeine, lip-smackin' good. The problem is there are about 100 different brewing devices out there, lots of coffee to water ratio recommendations, and nothing ever seems to taste as good as the stuff you get in coffee shops or in a bottle.
Wholesale
Report
Our focus at Clayton Coffee & Tea is to provide you with the components to create brilliant and delicious coffee and tea drinks, both hot and cold, every day. Our coffee is responsibly sourced and small-batch roasted in vintage Probat Roasters - and shipped fresh so you and your teams can bring magic to your customer's cup.
Farm To Cup
Report
When we source, we have two concerns in mind - Is this coffee great and is it coming from a sustainable or fair wage farm? Sourcing responsibly is important. Because coffee can vary in quality and price, we find great product across a variety of price points. This multi-tiered strategy allows us to support more stakeholders within our supply chain.
Recipes

Earlier this year we did some holiday recipe development and our Head of Roasting came up with this little number. It's chocolatey, dense, and richly coffee flavored - a total showstopper. The toffee bits that encrust the edges add perfect texture and make it a true holiday delight.

An Earl Grey tea flavored custard pie with a layer of chocolate ganache, topped with tea infused whipped cream and crushed pistachios Okay, so we aren't going to take full-credit for this recipe, but we want to.We first tasted this thing of beauty at The Pie Hole in Los.
