I can only speak to our experience which was the weekend of 5-22/5-23 here in Irvine. Ben's Asphalt was hired by our property management team to resurface, restripe and fix any issues in our parking lot. I am on the board of directors and agreed to get them the project. I am so glad we selected them as they did an awesome job. I am one of the original owners at this business park and I swear this job looks better than one when the place was brand new. Great work folks.

This company is horrible did NOT close off the parking lot to an area they were repaving and threw dirt all over a vehicle. Lazy lazy lazy

They did a quick job but in their haste they took off the security chain and ran over the landscape with their heavy machinery
