The owner doesn't fix things in or outside of the trailers, there's no pets allowed, no motorcycles allowed, no high-speed internet access (other than worthless satellite internet), no cable, etc. They're extremely behind in the times and what is needed for the tenants to be able to survive and live healthy, happy lives. VERY poor customer service and just very greedy ownership! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
***UPDATE*** Apparently they have installed or are in the process of installing Consolidated Communications. However, when you Google reviews of them, they're the worst Communications

If I could give them no stars. These people trick you. They are really nice and considerate when you first move in but give it a few months or even a year then youll see their true faces. Renters cant get any problems fixed unless you literally have a hole through your floor. I mean inside the home because if its in your deck or porch they dont care. They tell just dont use it. They tell you oldie but goodie. Ha, so not true. These places are not worth renting. If your buying dont. I know numerous people that own and they all regret it. I know a few that are going to sell and

Went there earlier to ask about rentals and possibly buying a double wide but was told to come back and was given a attitude

I've looked at a few of them and they are well kept and plenty big. Although they have become a bit pricey like most rentals today. I'm trying to find a 2 bedroom so my daughter can come back from Puerto Rico

Terrible place to live. They dont maintain anything. Give you a haste when something needs to be fixed. Even their emergency on call maintenance gives you a hard time and attitude. Refused to fix anything. Terrible place.
