Promise Appliance roots originated when Brandon started working in high school installing large, heavy, premium products daily over 15 years ago. Over the years, while still going to school, but working towards becoming a technician, Brandon has worked for a few of the current competitors. All the while paying attention to how they were running their business, keeping mental notes on all the steps, good and bad.

My 14 year old Viking refrigerator started having an intermittent fan problem causing it to stop cooling. After. he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be repaired.
