Garbage!!! Made reservations on line, received 2 email confirmations, a phone call confirming times and a text message with times and locations. Scheduled time, no cab, no answer to calls. Luckily I was able to get a ride. Stay away from this shady business. TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!!!

We made an appointment the night before, received a confirmation and were told we were all set. Next morning we stood around waiting for 10 minutes and when we called we were told they had no cabs and no estimate for when we could get one, despite having to get to the airport to catch our flight. They have no interest in helping you and apparently no desire to make it right. We were able to flag down a random cab so we got lucky but only just.

Tried to get a ride for our neighbor starting at 1030 for pickup at 11 never came called them 4 times and now it's 2 and still no service. Never use them.

Worst cab service ever! I reserved a cab the night before i needed it. And the next day at the time i was supposed to be picked up no one came. So i called the office and was told the cab would be there in another 10 min. 3 more hours go by and i call back only to be hung up on. Dont use them they dont show up

Horrible. I work for a business and we needed to call a client a taxi. They stated they would be here within 10 minutes, our customer waited in our place of business nearly 2 hours. We called them back to get an ETA, extremely unprofessional and hung up on one of my employees. I would NOT recommend this service at all!
