I have had the same wonderful experience with Kristen. She is so friendly & nice you immediately feel relaxed
& confident that she knows what she is doing. I have been to her many times over the years, every one a great experience & fantastic results. If you make an appointment with Kristen you will not be sorry. She only works one day a week, better call soon. What you soon find out is she is like an artist, she. stands back , looks at you at then she goes to work.

All I have to say is WOW!!! What a wonderful experience I had at the Napa Solano Plastic Surgery office in Vacaville! I was first greeted by Sandra in the front office who was so incredibly sweet and professional, and who really made me feel right at home. She took my temp, did all the Covid required paperwork, and then brought me in the injection room where I waited for only a couple minutes for my appointment. Then next the RN Kristen came in to do my Botox, and let me tell you she is UNBELIEVABLE!! Not only does she have awesome bedside manner, ( it's like being with an old friend ) but

My first interaction on the phone to make my appointment was with Shamira. She was AMAZING. She made an appointment happen because I had a wedding the next weekend. So friendly and helpful. LOVE HER. From the moment I checked in at solano plastic surgery for a consultation with Dr. Klink prior to the Botox and everyone was SO NICE. It was my first visit there so I needed a consult with the physician.

This review is specifically for reception/ appointment booking. I have been to this location for fillers once before and had a fantastic experience - the doctors are nurses are great! HOWEVER today I had an experience that was unacceptable. I made an appointment over a month ago to have fillers re-done in my chin. Specifically, I had multiple phone calls with the front desk regarding which areas were due to be re-done and which were fine based on the different fillers used in each. Additionally, I chose today because of a photoshoot I have scheduled for next weekend. I wanted my fillers fresh but
